I help women navigate pregnancy and postpartum with movement, guidance, and improved breathing, so they feel strong and ready in their bodies.
From my own fertility challenges and journey to becoming a mom, I’ve developed a deep passion for and expertise in pre- and postnatal care, as well as women’s health. There is a significant lack of awareness and specialized training for women to navigate the major changes their bodies undergo through life.
I believe it’s a disservice to all women not to be fully informed about women’s health topics and awareness of our own bodies!
Through safe and targeted movements, I help women to prepare their body for the journey towards birth. With focus on breath, pelvic floor, strengthening and making space for the many shifts and changes happening in your body. You will learn to move from the inside out – and we will address any root causes of discomfort to help you maintain strength, flexibility, and ease of movement in your body.
Whether you’re looking for guidance or seeking relief from aches and pains, I can support your journey to wellness and strength. I know, because I’ve been there also!

Are you a mom constantly feeling burned out, with little energy left for yourself? As a woman, do you struggle to prioritize your own health and fitness goals?
Women often prioritize others, but it’s essential to also focus on ourselves, setting an example of self-care. This is especially important as we navigate postpartum, hormones, and as we age with preparation of perimenopause and menopause.
Training and strengthening our bodies not only gives us the freedom of movement but also allows us to age well and support our hormonal health.
My goal is to help you achieve this, so you can thrive at every stage of life and recovery.
I currently offer private 1:1 prenatal and postnatal yoga sessions in person and on-line. I am also in the works of an upcoming online on-demand pre recorded trimester by trimester practice as you go classes!
How Can I Help?
I offer specialised women's health, prenatal and postnatal classes, support, and guide new mothers through both pregnancy and postpartum. Work with me privately 1 to 1 to get perfectly customised and at your own pace sessions. We will discuss where you are and where you would like to get you and help to alleviate any aches and pains.
Yoga for Fertility
Whether you have been newly trying to conceive or it has been years.. it can be an anxious, nerve wracking wait. If you have also experienced any previous miscarriages it can make you even more nervous and stressed! Staying fit and active is incredibly important to prepare yourself. In addition, finding ways to down-regulate and sooth your very likely over-active mind are essential for you. Trying to conceive can take a bit hit on your mental health.
Prenatal Yoga
Prepare yourself mind and body for the biggest journey of your life. Become aware of the importance of breath, movement and posture to support optimal core resiliency. Understand how to manage added pressure to the system to move in a safe and connected way. Most importantly, staying active and moving the body well. Postnatal Yoga
Are you newly postnatal and looking for a yoga practice to help you build back strength? Restore, reconnect to your center and progressively work towards embracing your balanced and new amazing body! Your body has done amazing feats! Firstly, if you are freshly postpartum in the fourth trimester, be kind to yourself! Breath awareness, refining your core connection and dynamic movements will keep you moving. Secondly, wherever you are in your postpartum period is a great time to start work towards strengthening and reconnecting. Lastly, it's all about progressively loading and not comparing to your body pre-pregnancy! You've got this. Postnatal yoga is a great way to build and create a responsive and reflexive core following pregnancy.
