I specialize in helping women build strong foundations, optimize core and pelvic floor function, and move confidently—free from aches, pains, or worry.

We’ll be kicking things off on the 20th Feb, Thursday. 2025! 

Your investment into kickstarting your fitness and strength for this beta round is MYR1999 for this first exclusive round. After you register for your interest, we’ll have a quick chat and then I will send you an intake questionnaire & history to make sure we are a good match and reserve your spot.

Payment details will be made prior to the start date of the launch.  

This will be a hybrid group coaching program. We’ll have weekly on-line classes mixed with pre-recorded videos. From the initial assessment we will find a timing that suits most for the weekly class. Outside of the whatsapp group for support, you will have a weekly 1 on 1 call with me to talk about any movement challenges that I can help you address individually.
