Firstly, if you are freshly postpartum in the fourth trimester, be kind to yourself! Breath awareness, refining your core connection and dynamic movements will keep you moving.
Secondly, wherever you are in your postpartum period is a great time to start work towards strengthening and reconnecting.
Lastly, it’s all about progressively loading and not comparing to your body pre-pregnancy! You’ve got this. Postnatal yoga is a great way to build and create a responsive and reflexive core following pregnancy.
