Day 7 – Plank Variations

We Saved Planks for Last!

Are you surprised that you haven’t seen any planks yet? I am a big fan of planks personally, however I see many people who might not have the best form and complain of pain or issue with planks. I’ve got a great skills drill to help you find the core engagement we are looking for with planks. 

Anti-Rotation in Plank.

You’ve seen these anti-rotation exercises throughout the days. Working your core by resisting rotation and keeping good form is hard work! It is a great way to target these core stabilising muscles. 

Side Planks.

These are great to target the sides of the core. I offer a few variations depending on your level and common compensations to look out for.
