Last year, I underwent surgery to remove 80% of my rectus abdominal muscle, replaced by a mesh. These experiences give me deep insight into living with pain and injuries, fostering empathy. Despite hurdles, I&#8217;m an overall movement optimist, embracing each challenge as an opportunity for growth.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>Specialized Expertise<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Certified in prenatal and postnatal training and as a Pre and Postnatal Core Exercise Specialist (PCES), my training in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) emphasizes a joint-by-joint approach, prioritizing happy joints for longevity.
